Apex Interactive Development Map – This is where you go to see what projects have been proposed in Apex and view their associated documents.
Road Conditions Survey – This is a map published by staff of the most recent (2023) Road Conditions Survey, with each road segment scored. Road conditions obviously factor heavily into decisions about where to repave each year.
Road Ownership Map – Did you know most of the “Major” roads in town are owned and maintained by NCDOT? This map will let you check the ownership and responsibility of any road.
Sidewalk Needs Map – An inventory of all the identified sidewalk needs in town, along with their relative priority. Request an addition here.
2045 Land Use Map – The state requires municipalities to develop and publish a map guiding future land use in our jurisdiction. You want to go here to see what types of projects could be proposed around you.
Transportation Plan Map – This map lays out the future roadway network in Apex. Developers have to build their sections of any roads laid out here.
Apex Bids – This is where we post bids for public projects. Checking here periodically lets you keep up to date on what the town is doing.
Public Notices – Any public hearing (Planning Board or Town Council) is posted here, among other places. This is probably the best way to keep up to date as to what is coming up at the next Council/Planning Board meeting, before their agendas are officially posted.
