Terry has been collaborator and supporter of our library programs, serving on Town Council while the Apex Library was being renovated. Not all municipalities in Wake have a library, Apex is fortunate to have a welcoming space that provides a community service. As a parent, professional, and citizen, I appreciate the thoughtful decision making process Terry puts into all his work as a member of Town Council.
